TERMS AND CONDITIONS – The Fitt Collective

1. Introduction
Welcome to The Fitt Collective. By signing up for membership or using our facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Membership

Membership is personal and non-transferable.

  • You must be at least 16 years old to join (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).

  • Valid identification may be required upon registration.

  • Members must inform us of any changes to personal details.

3. Health & Safety

  • Members are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to exercise.

  • If you have any health concerns, consult a medical professional before using gym facilities.

  • You agree to use equipment safely and follow all posted instructions and staff guidance.

  • The Fitt Collective is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow instructions.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Respect staff and other members at all times.

  • No abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated.

  • Proper gym attire must be worn, including suitable footwear.

  • Equipment must be wiped down after use and returned to its proper place.

5. Bookings & Classes

  • Classes may require advance booking.

  • Cancellation policies (e.g., 12-hour notice) may apply.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

6. Payments & Fees

  • Membership fees must be paid in advance (monthly or annually as agreed).

  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination of membership.

  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Membership cancellation requires 30 days written notice.

  • Early termination fees may apply depending on membership type.

  • The Fitt Collective reserves the right to cancel memberships for breach of these terms

    8. Opening Hours

  • Opening hours may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • The gym may close for maintenance, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

9. Personal Belongings

  • Bag storage  is provided for convenience only.

  • The Fitt Collective is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

10. Liability Waiver

  • Use of facilities is at your own risk.

  • The Fitt Collective shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage except where caused by negligence.

11. Privacy Policy

  • Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  • Information collected will only be used for membership and operational purposes.

12. Changes to Terms

  • The Fitt Collective reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

  • Members will be notified of significant changes where appropriate.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the UK.
